Lindsey Hamilton is the Assistant Head of Mental Conditioning of the IMG Institute at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL where she helps lead, develop, and facilitate several areas in the Mental Conditioning Department. The Mental Conditioning Department oversees the mental skills development of over 1,200 middle school and high school aged student-athletes in 8 sports. She also works with external groups such as professional athletes, military experts, business leaders, and year-round campers. She leads the IMG Institute through developing and delivering High Performance Mindset training to corporate clients, such as VISA, Marriott, and Gatorade.
Growing up, Lindsey was a competitive soccer player in California, where she and her team won 5 State Championship and went on to win 2 National Championships. Following her youth career, Lindsey played collegiate soccer at Chapman University, while also receiving two bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology.
After graduating, she pursued her love of psychology at Stanford University, where she worked in the social psychology research lab. Years later, she combined her passion for psychology with her appreciation for sport when she pursued her master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from the University of Utah. Lindsey is now pursuing her doctorate in kinesiology from UNC Greensboro. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and serves as the Chair of the Student Development Committee. Lindsey currently lives in Florida with her husband, Paul, and her three kids, Benjamin (6), Mark (4), and Nora (2).

Grant Parr, M.A. is a Mental Sport Performance Consultant focusing on high impact and combat sports. His consulting practice uses mental performance techniques and strategies to help athletes and coaches gain a competitive edge in their sport performance. He consults with a wide variety of athletes and sports disciplines including fencing, football, wrestling, martial arts and many others.
Grant’s career in sports began at the age of 7. His fascination with full contact and combat sports led him down an exciting and inspiring career in various sports, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and football. His football career as quarterback spanned 13 years in both high school and college, earning him various awards and accolades. After graduating from California High School, Grant excelled at the collegiate level playing for Chabot Junior College and Sonoma State University. He has a Bachelors degree in Communications – Media Arts and a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from JFK University. After graduation, Grant spent 17 years in sales in the technology space in the Bay Area before pursuing a career in Sport Psychology.

Josh Lifrak served as the Director of the Mental Skills Program for the Chicago Cubs from 2014 to 2019. His greatest passion is to help people discover their full potential. He has been a part of six national championship with the most recent being the 2016 World Series with the Chicago Cubs.
Josh holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Sports Psychology from Ithaca College. Jeff Locke is a professional football player who was drafted in the 5th Round of the NFL Draft in 2013. Jeff spent 4 years as the starting punter for the Minnesota Vikings and continued his career with the Colts, Lions, and 49ers over the next 2 seasons. He most recently played for the Arizona Hotshots of the AAF. He earned his degree in Economics from UCLA and was a 4-year starter on the football team.
While in the NFL, Jeff enjoyed spending some of his time as a mentor and advocate with ACES, a program that provides sports-based curriculum to improve math skills and social-emotional learning for low-income students. He has also developed and presented financial literacy presentations to the rookie groups of each NFL team he has been a member of. He has a passion for financial education and plans to dedicate a part of his post-football career to helping others improve their financial well-being.

Erin was born and raised in southern Georgia. She grew up listening to Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and Irish music…a whole lot of Irish music. Her mom introduced her to country music. She would play Toby Keith, Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn in the car. As a little girl, Erin would try to get my voice as deep as I could to match theirs.
She’s been performing for as long as she could remember. When she was 19, her cousin Jacob Underwood (from MTV’s making the band, OTown) brought her to Nashville to start my dream. She recorded my first EP in the Rascal Flatts private studio.
