Great things are coming my way! I will reach my dreams!”

“Nothing is impossible…the word itself says ‘I’m possible.’” Audrey Hepburn

High performers turn “Impossible” to “I’m possible.” They believe that impossible is an opinion. They consider all of the ways they can make it happen. They continuously check in with themselves and their emotional needs. One way they do this is by reading. In other words, they develop the daily discipline to make their goals into reality.

Power Phrase:

I do the impossible because I am possible!”

“People think that focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means staying not to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully.” Steve Jobs

High performers train their focus. They know that busy doesn’t mean they are doing the most important work. They know their human nature is that you are not disciplined and nor have self-control. So, train your mind to focus on what’s most important for them given their mission and purpose. They decide to focus on one thing – put the distractions away. High performers say no so they can say yes to the most important things.

Power Phrase this Week:

I train my focus to stay lasered in on my purpose. I do what is uncomfortable not easy!

“Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in your life.” Tony Robbins

High performers know that they need to examine their beliefs. They pay attention to what they believe – examining if it helps them reach their potential or not. They ask themselves these important questions about beliefs – and remember that beliefs are a skill – they can be unlearned with practice and intention.

Power Phrase this Week:

I have the power to choose my beliefs! I choose empowering beliefs so that I can choose to reach my greater potential.

“Spend less time following other people’s lives and more time leading your own life.” Darren Hardy

High performers know that they have to protect their attention. They pay attention to what they are focused on because that impacts what they think about, what they expect, and what they create in their life. They realize their attention is their sacred gift. They make decisions related to their phone and energy suckers so they can feed their mind with positive and stay focused on their goals and dreams. They stay focused leading their own life, not sucked into others.

Power Phrase this Week:

I get in my life what I create. I spend time leading my own life and directing my attention to my goals and dreams.
