“There is no passion to be found playing small- in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” Nelson Mandela

High performers are say yes to vital work. They do the hard things first and stay focused on the work that supports their goals and purpose. They rid themselves of trival work – work that doesn’t support their goals and purpose, and drains their focus, energy and positivity. They say yes to the work that matters and no to the crappy stuff!

Power Phrase this Week:

I stay focused on my purpose and doing the vital work to support my mission. I say “yes” to what matters most!

High performers are intentional with their energy, time and focus. They choose to be courageous every day. They constantly seek improvement because uncomfortableness is how they grow and needed thrive. They show up as themselves – not trying to do more to be more. High performers are intentional with their mind, they choose to see the positive and feel positive emotions.

Power Phrase this Week:

I think, act and feel like a high performer. I am intentional with my thoughts, emotions, and actions!

“Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in your life.” Tony Robbins

High performers know that they need to examine their beliefs. They pay attention to what they believe – examining if it helps them reach their potential or not. They ask themselves these important questions about beliefs – and remember that beliefs are a skill – they can be unlearned with practice and intention.

Power Phrase this Week:

I have the power to choose my beliefs! I choose empowering beliefs so that I can choose to reach my greater potential.

“Spend less time following other people’s lives and more time leading your own life.” Darren Hardy

High performers know that they have to protect their attention. They pay attention to what they are focused on because that impacts what they think about, what they expect, and what they create in their life. They realize their attention is their sacred gift. They make decisions related to their phone and energy suckers so they can feed their mind with positive and stay focused on their goals and dreams. They stay focused leading their own life, not sucked into others.

Power Phrase this Week:

I get in my life what I create. I spend time leading my own life and directing my attention to my goals and dreams.
