Neurologists have found that when your brain expects something to happen, it works to achieve it at a subconscious level. Your expectation creates it. Your brain takes over the job of accomplishing what you see – what you expect. If you expect the worst, you will get the worst. If you expect the best, you are more likely to get the best.
